Refund Policy

  • There are no automatic refund rights for digitally-deliverable/non-tangible goods. We shall consider refunds at our sole discretion, based upon the specific situation and particular circumstances of your case.
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase or you have issues that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time period, we're open to consider offering a refund.
  • If your refund request doesn't contradict any of the points mentioned in the Refund Policy and you are within the 14 days of the original purchase, a refund may be considered. No refunds can be granted after 14 days.
  • Refund requests due to technical issues cannot be approved unless you allow us to adequately investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it. Please open a support ticket before requesting a refund for a technical issue.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you simply did not like the product or think you don't need it anymore. We provide you with the needed documentation, support and also a demo version. You can check the demo version before the purchase from here.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you were unable to install or use the plugin properly. We provide documentation and support to help you with the plugin installation and usage.
  • Refunds will not be processed if your web hosting company bans backup solutions or has very strict/limited system configurations (e.g. low execution timeout and memory usage). Please, verify that the product meets your needs and environment. The purchase shouldn't be treated as trial-ware.To make sure the pro version of the product will work on your specific environment, you can install the free version we provide and test it before the purchase.
  • Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software.
  • Refunds do not apply to product upgrades and annual renewals. We provide the cancellation possibility before the renewal date.
  • By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
  • In case of a duplicate purchase of the same product, a refund can be considered.
  • In case two different products of Backup Guard have been purchased, we do not consider the purchase duplicated since the products are different. Thus, the purchase of either product cannot be refunded.
